Spring Tee Off Bear Creek Country Club		Sat April 4

Location: Woodinville, WA Registration Fee: $45 Event Coordinator: Susan Fay Event Start Time: 9:30AM Registration Deadline: March 23		Seattle Chapter Annual Spring Tee Off Brunch You and your guests are invited to attend our annual Spring Tee Off Brunch. This is the beginning of golf season and a great time to mingle with old and new golf friends. There will be a special drawing for a trip to Lanai, Hawaii donated by Stellar Travel, valued at $4500, a silent auction and exhibitors. There will also be information on Membership, Clinics, League and Weekend Events and other activities. As always, guests and new members are welcome! Post-Tee Off Golf Redmond Ridge		Sat April 4

Location: Redmond, WA Registration Fee: $55 Event Coordinator: Susan Fay Event Start Time: 1:00PM Registration Deadline: March 19th		EWGA Seattle Chapter Post-Tee Off Golf Tee Times start at 1:00pm Location: The Golf Club at Redmond Ridge (formerly Trilogy), 11825 Trilogy Parkway NE, Redmond, WA 98053 (directions: www.redmondridgegolf.com, Google Map or call (425) 836-1510) Cost: 18 holes with cart $55.00 Cancellation for golf is $5.00 - no refunds after March 19th You and your guests are invited to golf immediately after our annual Spring Tee Off Brunch on Saturday, April 4. Please note that you must sign up for the Tee Off Brunch to be able to be eligible to golf in this event.

New Member Mixer Mt Si Golf Course		Sat April 18

Location: North Bend Registration Fee: $52 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 10:00AM Registration Deadline: April 7		Mt. Si Golf Course is in the heart of the scenic Snoqualmie Valley near the base of Mount Si. Whether you’re a new or returning member, you won’t want to miss the opportunity to play this spectacular golf course and meet up with old & new friends.

Spring Training Weekend, Eastern WA Leavenworth		Fri April 24-26

Location: Leavenworth Registration Fee: $50 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 11:00AM Registration Deadline: April 13		This is the 6th year in a row for this extra long weekend event which has quickly become a member favorite & is a perfect opportunity to tune up your game after a long, rainy/snowy winter. We will play 3 awesome courses in the Wenatchee area including Leavenworth Golf Club in Leavenworth, Highlander in Wenatchee & Desert Canyon in Orondo. Join us for all or part of this much anticipated weekend!! Hotel rooms have not been pre-reserved as they have been in the past, so you'll need to make your own hotel reservations... we recommend you do that sooner rather than later since this is also a big softball tournament weekend in Wenatchee & hotel rooms will fill up fast. Please note that you will need to make each course reservation separately.

Pink Ball Weekend Fun Play Legion Memorial		Sun May 3

Location: Everett Registration Fee: $48 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 10:00AM Registration Deadline: April 21		Join us for the ever popular pink ball event at this favorite north of Seattle course. If you are not familiar with the pink ball format it’s simple and fun so sign up today!

Member / New Member Scramble Tourney, S.W.I.N.G. Foster Links		Sat May 16

Location: Tukwila Registration Fee: $40 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 12:00PM Registration Deadline: May 8		A new event designed for the participants in the new EWGA mentor program, S.W.I.N.G. (Skillful Women Inspiring New Golfers). This will be a member / mentee scramble format with an emphasis on just getting out there & enjoying ourselves. Also encouraged to participate in this event are members who would like to introduce non-EWGA members to our organization.

Weekend Fun Play Battle Creek		Sun May 24

Location: Stanwood Registration Fee: $42 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 11:00AM Registration Deadline: May 12		No plans for Memorial Day Weekend? Then join us on the golf course! Battlecreek Golf Course sits just 30 minutes north of downtown Seattle & offers challenges to all golfers, from beginners to expert. Hole # 12, "The Rock" is worth the trip alone - you'll talk about how you played it all the way home!

Weekend Fun Play Riverbend		Sat May 30

Location: Kent Registration Fee: $43 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 10:00AM Registration Deadline: May 21		Riverbend just completed a $1.25 million remodeling project that changed up the front 8 holes of an already great course. Come join us to check out the improvements on a fun day of golf in the South Sound.

Short Game Clinic White Horse		Sat June 6

Location: Kingston Registration Fee: $14 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 10:30AM Registration Deadline: May 29		An EWGA favorite, White Horse is just five minutes South of Kingston, and a quick ferry ride from Edmonds. They even have a free shuttle for those of you who decide to walk on! The golf will be preceded by a 30 minute short game clinic taught by the White Horse Pro, Bruce Christi. After the clinic we'll play the course & give you the opportunity to show off your newly learned skills. Sign up for both the Clinic and the Golf or just the Golf - your choice! You won’t miss the opportunity to play this spectacular new course.

The Mentor Tournament Lynnwood GC		Sat June 13

Location: Lynnwood Registration Fee: $50 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 12:00PM Registration Deadline: June 10		Also known as the 'I’ve Never Been in a Tournament, Tournament', this event is geared toward those new to tournament play or those still uncomfortable with tournament play wanting to try it out, but with a little guidance. The tournament is played on a shorter course and a more experienced golfer will be in your foursome to help out with rules and tournament-play questions. We schedule this event close to the Chapter Championship date in our schedule in order to encourage those of you participating in this event, to also participate in the Chapter Championship! Prizes will be awarded to tournament winners & everyone is guaranteed to have a great time!

Golf Fore Red Charity Tournament Redmond Ridge (formerly Trilogy)		Sat June 20

Location: Redmond Registration Fee: $120 Event Coordinator: NLGA Event Start Time: 8:00AM Registration Deadline: June 5		A charity tournament in partnership with the Northwest Ladies Golf Association. Spokane / Boise Chapter Weekend Mixer Coeur d'Alene Public		Fri June 26-28

Location: Coeur d'Alene, ID Registration Fee: $45 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 1:00PM Registration Deadline: June 5		This event was a huge success last year, so we thought we'd try it again & add in the Boise Chapter as well! The plan is to golf at the Coeur d'Alene Public Course on Friday afternoon after a short drive over to Idaho. On Saturday we’ll play at The Links Golf Course in Post Falls followed by prize announcements. On Sunday we’ll play at The Highlands in Post Falls and then head home. Join us for all or part of this much anticipated weekend!! HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS: RED LION TEMPLIN'S ON THE RIVER, POST FALLS, ID: Premium Water View Rooms have been reserved at the Red Lion Templin’s under the name Ronna Ricco. Each room has two queen beds and we have been provided with a group rate of $214.92 inc. tax per room (based on double occupancy). The Red Lion has coffee makers & free wireless high speed internet access, as well as an indoor pool, hot tub, business center, fitness room and beach area. Some rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. It is your responsibility to contact the hotel for reservations. Reservation phone number: 800-733-5466. Room rates will be held until JUNE 5 and will be based on availability after that date. NOTE - this is the same weekend as "Hoop Fest" & hotels will fill up fast. Weekend Fun Play / Practice Round Gold Mountain		Sat July 11

Location: Gorst Registration Fee: $65 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 11:03am Registration Deadline: June 26		Believed by many in the EWGA Seattle to be one of the best courses in Washington, the Olympic Course at Gold Mountain is in great shape & ready for our Chapter Championship on July 18th. This warm-up weekend fun play / practice round is geared to those wishing to practice for the Championship but is also open to anyone wanting to try out this stellar golf course. All are welcome!

Location: Gorst Registration Fee: $145 Event Coordinator: Pam Jerpe Event Start Time: 10:00am Registration Deadline: July 2		Be a part of the largest, organized, women's amateur golf competition in the world! The Chapter Championship puts your game to the test and creates an opportunity for personal growth in a competitive yet fun environment. Members of all skill levels with an official USGA handicap index are encouraged to participate. The Championship, by design, offers two different competitive formats: Stroke Play and Inter-Chapter Team Scramble Competition. You select the competitive format that best fits your game, personality and skill level. Don't be shy - sign up today!

Weekend Fun Play Kayak Pointe		Sat July 25

Location: Stanwood Registration Fee: $50 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 11:03am Registration Deadline: July 16		Although we didn't hold the usual Stars & Stripes Tournament at Kayak (will be back in 2010), I didn't want to miss the opportunity to get out there & play this awesome course! Who knows, maybe we'll even try our luck at Tulalip on the way home….feeling lucky?

Blue Angel Weekend Fun Play Jefferson Park		Sun August 2

Location: Seattle Registration Fee: $56 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 10:00am Registration Deadline: July 16		If you haven't golfed Jefferson during a Blue Angels show, you are in for a treat!! Join us the Sunday of Seafair weekend for golf & the show of your lives! The Blue Angels will start near the end of our round & will be flying right over our heads at crazy-low altitudes & lightning-fast speeds. You don't want to miss the heart-stopping action, on the course & off!

Weekend Fun Play Nile Shrine		Sat August 15

Location: Mtlk Terrace Registration Fee: $38 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 11:30am Registration Deadline: Aug 7		The Nile Shrine Golf Course is value at it's finest. Although the course seems straight forward & dare I say, "easy" - those that play it regularly at league will agree that it is deceptively challenging. Come out to the Nile & give your game a challenge - you'll love this course!

Member / Spouse / Guest "Chapman" Tournament Horseshoe Lake		Sat August 22

Location: Port Orchard Registration Fee: $56 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 11:00am Registration Deadline: Aug 13		Bring your spouse, bring your significant other, bring your best friend, bring your adult child or heck, just come alone & we'll pair you up! The format is "Chapman" & involves teams of 2. It's great for all skill levels & we'll be at a really cool course, so sign up today!!

Portland / Seattle Weekend Mixer The Reserve		Sat Sep 5

Location: The Reserve Registration Fee: $52 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 1:00 PM Registration Deadline: Aug 21		Home of the 2008 EWGA Championship Finals, this course is spectacular. We'll be teaming up with the Portland EWGA Chapter for a weekend of golf and laughs on the South Course at the Reserve. Space is extremely limited so sign up soon.

This course is actually in WA and is known as "the Jewel of Cowlitz County". With a description like that, how can you stay away??

Location: DuPont Registration Fee: $60 Event Coordinator: Tammy Curtis Event Start Time: 11:00am Registration Deadline: Aug 21		Home of the WSGA, this course has only been open 2 years but is already touted as one of the best courses in the area. Whether you're joining us for the entire Portland weekend or not, this course is worth the drive from either direction. Join us!
